Our client can then take control and direct the resources as if they are a part of the client's own IT organization for 6 months, one year, or any length of time they desire.

For longer term needs, EVIZI can design a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) team for either software development or BPO initiatives. In this model, EVIZI will undertake to construct an offshore team with the intent to manage it for a temporary period, then at your option, permanently transfer it to your control when you are ready. This approach is ideal for clients who are interested in taking permanent advantage of the benefits of offshoring but are looking for a way to mitigate the business risks of their strategy.
