• For clients who require flexibility to alter specifications based on dynamic market trends, or are in their initial stage of development without clearly defined requirements, we offer development services on a time and materials basis.

• For clients with a pre-defined project with clear requirements, schedules and project path, we can review the expected deliverables and milestones to provide fixed price model.

• Additionally, EVIZI is able to assign dedicated offshore development resources on a monthly basis. This gives our clients the ability to take advantage of the cost benefits of EVIZI's talented and qualified resources with agreed upon skill sets. Our client can then manage the resources as if they are a part of the client's own organization on either an ongoing basis or predetermined set amount of time.

• For longer term needs, EVIZI can design a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) team for either software development or BPO initiatives. In this model, EVIZI will assemble an offshore team with the intent to manage it for a temporary period then, at your option, permanently transfer it to your control when you are ready. This approach is ideal for clients who are interested in taking permanent advantage of the benefits of offshoring but are looking for a way to mitigate the business risks of their strategy.
